Return & Refund Policy

Faulty/ Damaged Items

If your item was received broken or damaged in anyway, we're here to help.  You have 7 calendar days to send the item back from the date you received it. In those 7 says you  will need to contact us via our website or on Instagram  to organise the return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including any marketing materials. . 

Once we have spoken to you we will send you a postage label free of cost to return the item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Missing Items

If you think your item has gone missing and/or you have tracked your item and  concerned on its location then you are welcome to contact us  to start an investigation. It is our responsibility to deliver the item to the post office at the recommended time not to ship the item ourselves. We will need to follow the time and guidelines that Australia Post provides.  If it item goes missing stated by Australia post then a full refund will be provided for you. 

 

Return to Sender Items

If you do not collect your item by the allocated time the item will be returned back to us. This will be dependent on your Post Office.  You will not receive a refund. You are required to pay for additional full price postage to send your item back to you again or your item will be forfeited and donated.
